This statement of financial condition is provided in accordance with Rule 17a-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and is updated here semiannually. The AEIS Statement of Financial Condition includes a financial balance sheet and explanatory detail on the financial condition of AEIS, the affiliate clearing broker dealer of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. AEIS maintains custody of assets (cash and securities) held in brokerage accounts for retail customers of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc.
