Ameriprise Financial provides record keeping and shareholder services for, and receives remuneration from, unaffiliated funds. You can buy shares directly from the fund itself, or its principal underwriter or distributor, without paying brokerage transaction fees.

8 Brokerage accounts with Ameriprise ONE Financial Account features will not be subject to the Brokerage account maintenance fee, but will be subject to a $20 quarterly Ameriprise ONE Financial Account maintenance fee, unless one of the following exemptions is met:
- The account or combined household balance+ is greater than $100,000.
- The account has direct deposit of $3,000 per month or $9,000 per quarter.
- The account is open less than 3 months
9 Basic Brokerage accounts will be subject to a $10 quarterly account maintenance fee unless one of the following exemptions applies:
- The account balance is greater than $25,000 or combined household balance+ is greater than $100,000.
- One or more general security trades are settled in each quarter prior to the date the fee is determined. This exemption applies to direct brokerage accounts only. Not applicable for brokerage accounts with an advisor.
- The account is open less than 3 months.
The Basic Brokerage account maintenance fee does not apply to Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) or other retirement accounts, Ameriprise® Managed Accounts, or Investing at Work accounts.
10 Brokerage accounts held in an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) will be subject to a $40 annual custodial fee unless the account or combined household balance+ is greater than $100,000.
+ Households are defined by the primary household account for an individual, his or her spouse or domestic partner and any accounts owner for, by or with their unmarried children under the age of 21. Products included in the household definition include Brokerage Accounts, SPS Advantage, RiverSource® Mutual Funds, Certificates, Accumulation Plans, Limited Partnerships, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Tax-sheltered Custodial Accounts (TSCAs), IRAs, and may include Fixed or Variable Annuities, Cash-Value Life Insurance policies and other products as they become available.

11 Margin interest charges will be calculated based on a sliding scale of percentages added to or subtracted from a "base lending rate," set at the discretion of Ameriprise Financial, Inc., with reference to commercially recognized interest rates, industry conditions regarding the extension of margin credit and general credit conditions.

12 Orders for equities, fixed-income instruments, closed-end mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and other general security orders are subject to this fee. Fee does not apply to open-end mutual fund orders or option trades. Fee does not apply to orders placed in Managed Accounts.
14 Effective July 1, 2007, in addition to the Wire Transfer Out - International Fee of $35, an additional $50 charge will be assessed to all requests where conversion to a specific currency is requested prior to transfer.
15 This fee applies whenever a certificate is rejected by the assigned Transfer Agent, due to the certificate having been previously paid, replaced, reissued, exchanged; having a "Stop Transfer" applied to it or the client has taken other actions resulting in an invalid certificate. AEIS reserves the right to assess any applicable Depository and Transfer Agent fees against the account on a pass-through basis.

In those instances, Ameriprise Financial offers a rebate program for clients who are recognized as Ameriprise Achiever Circle or Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite members. Achiever Circle members will receive rebates for up to 5 surcharged transactions totaling up to $10 per month in rebates. Achiever Circle Elite members will receive rebates for all surcharged transaction fees. The ATM surcharges will be rebated based on your Achiever Circle status at month end. |

We may charge multiple transaction fees and/or commissions if a single order or transaction is executed on multiple days. Ameriprise Financial and its clients are subject to policy and regulations set forth by various regulatory bodies and exchanges. At times, a nominal transaction fee to cover costs of self-regulation may be charged. These policies, regulations and fees are subject to change.
